Grand Royale Plaza

I've lived in this complex for about 8 years in three different apartments. I went looking last spring, and found that this is still my favorite place. They keep the common areas spotless. Every other complex, though slightly newer, could not compare to the gym here, the quiet, the community feel, the nature out back, and all the wonderful amenities. Kalin, the apartment manager, truly cares for her residents and puts in the extra effort to make sure it's clean, comfortable, quiet, and safe for us all. I highly recommend.

Management is very helpful. When I moved in they offered a cart and helped keep the door open. Maintenance is very prompt and helpful. He changed my lightbulbs and smoke detectors. The community facilities are cleaned and updated. Been here 5 years.

I visited my brother here and have nothing but good things to say. Staff is friendly yet enforces their rules, which I was pleased to see. Every space of this complex is in pristine condition. Very clean, furniture in great shape, community rooms and kids play rooms are nice and organized. I've visited my brother 2 times and both times there were staff cleaning, vacuuming, sanitizing. It's great! Pool is in excellent shape, hot tub and sauna are great too. The whole place is quiet. It smells very fresh as well, no weird smells, no gross garbage shoot rooms. I'm so impressed 👏 this has to be the best run and best kept apartment complex in the whole state. Lived here for 5 years. Absolutely amazing place to live. Management was extremely friendly & quickly responded to any discrepancies. Our dog loved going on walks next to the field. Gym, pool & hot tub was always maintained. Cleaning was done every day in halls and common areas. Had to leave due to work, wish I could have taken this place with me. Would recommend to anyone that is looking for a safe, high-class place to live.

I just wrapped up my second time staying with Grand Royal Plaza and have nothing but good to say. The community Spaces are amazing. It’s a very quiet place to live and everybody is very friendly. The gym is actually very clean and has nice equipment. The pool and community spaces are amazing. The staff is very efficient and was always willing to work with me on any issues.
