Grand Regency Apartments

I love The Grand Regency Community! First and foremost it’s very clean! Maintenance and Management are great, they follow up on all matters right away. The community is very well maintained. I feel everyone here in the community is great at being mindful about each other. I definitely recommend this place to be you’re new home!

I just want to say how helpful the new maintenance man, Isaiah, has been for us. Whenever we have a problem he comes as quick as possible and doesn’t leave until everything is all good for us. We have only been here almost a year and he’s been the most helpful so far with everything. I really appreciate this community and especially Isaiah for doing anything he can in his power to make this place a suitable home for us.

As a resident of the Grand Regency for the last 6 1/2 years, I can certainly say that maintenance and management have both improved over the last couple of years. Namely, Jaleh (the current Leasing Manager) and Isaiah (the current Maintenance Technician) have done an exceptional job with doing whatever they can to keep me and my partner happy and taken care of. One recent example includes Jaleh having someone come in and replace one of our windows with a new one that has improved glass thickness for better sound-blocking from outside noises, as well as an improved automatic lock upon closing the window. Additionally, though Isaiah is a newer employee, he has already shown himself to be committed to improving the complex community's quality of life with making himself available to take car

I would encourage everyone to think twice before renting at Grand Regency. The property is managed by Remm Group. The property management at Mesa Vista (also a REMM property), Jasmine and Alondra Ruiz, engage in inappropriate conduct with service vendors and are always out of office (leaving the property for 2-3 hours during the day with their vendor/contractor boyfriends). I was told by a former manager (Lorraine Seward), that REMM does not hire professional managers for their properties because REMM is too cheap to pay for quality management. However, they will be sure to raise rents as high as they possibly can to price gouge residents. Please be careful. Moving is expensive and you don't want to get caught in a situation you will later regret. Thank you.

I just want to shout out to the maintenance man Isaiah! Any and everything I need for my apartment has always been done immaculately! I am a very critical person and I expect certain standards, they are always met whenever Isaiah is around. Thank you so much Isaiah! Hope they give you a raise my guy!
