Grand Palms Apartment

We've lived here for a while now and absolutely love it! Jennifer and Tajmah are always very pleasant and the maintenance guys are fairly responsive. All the events they put on are fun and bring everyone together. Definitely recommend moving here!

I am pleased with my living arrangement at Grand Palms. The leasing office staff are very attentive to our needs and prompt in handling any issues that may arise. Jennifer Canales, member of the leasing office is responsive and very efficient in handling all my concerns , always with a smile.

Nice and quiet. Living here is nice, the pool is clean and the staff is friendly. Tajmah is always so friendly and willing to help. I recommend this place to my friends!

Great place to start if you are moving to Houston for the first time $! Is good and amenities are included except washer and dryer. Closed to H6 and all stores you would need and restaurant.!

Maintenance flooded my apartment the 2nd day I was here, the garbage deposal was broke, the AC was broke, the tubs where not painted with epoxy, needed a new washer because it kept dripping water inside (then they left the washer outside all night in the hallway), toilet paper holders were broke, a pan was left in the oven (so that meant it wasn’t cleaned), I had to clean the dryer vent because it was clogged and I had to clean behind to, I had to scrub the countertops (because they didn’t clean them), i needed a new hot water heater, they had to flush the water system in my apt because I had sawdust coming through the lines, I needed a new faucet in the kitchen because it was broken, they never gave me the key to the outside storage until 2 weeks later….I felt like they were in my apt eve
