The complex is amazing! There are so many great features and amenities. Everyone I encountered was friendly and kind. Our leasing agent, Karri, was so helpful and thorough! I can’t express how pleased we are with Grand Oaks!

the worst apartments in the chester area, the management is rude and unprofessional , the rental office is always closed and they dont answer the phone and emails. the maintenance people are so lazy they come to fix something and dont clean up behind themselves. i wouldnt recommend moving here. they will be getting a lawsuit from me very soon.

When I first moved here 3 years ago it was a nice place I enjoy living here but now when my lease is up in January I can't get out of here fast enough in the last 8 months things have changed drastically the grounds are nasty now you got visitors coming in cleaning their cars and leaving the trash outside residents throwing trash out of their cars on to the ground. Since they changed the criteria now it's low income from what I was told the people that used to live in Bermuda run apartments are all moving here the police are here almost every night people put trash on their cars and leave it there until the next day and the cats get into it and trash is gone everywhere with all the renovations they did here and spent all that money is going to crap. It's pretty bad now this place has chang

I've had know real problems in the 8 years I've lived here. I just wish they would be stricter with tenants with dogs because its not fair I have to step in dog poop and smell it when I'm outside or have my windows open. Besides that, I love it here and my section is quiet and peaceful.
