Grand Fir Apartments

This is the worst place to live in Sunnyvale. I would give it 0 reviews if I could. The landlord is pretty stingy at spending money on the upkeep of the place. The electrical sockets are two phase, and he goes into a full approval process in case you want to have a ground cable, for lets say a computer. The garbage dumpsters are always overflowing and you will often have the manager bugging tenants about that, rather than fixing the problem and having an additional one. The water goes out unpredictably. Some apartments have leaking roofs, and the laundry room is filthy with no cleaning. The management and the ownership are the worst ever. The manager is always nagging about one thing or the other. They also mislead you about the rent and bill you 100-200 dollars for "utilities" at the end
