The landlords are awful, not flexible, not willing to help, and never answer their phones. The apartments are "newly renovated" and by that they mean one layer of paint on EVERYTHING that will be scratched off by even your finger rubbing on it. The closet doors fell off in two of the rooms and the other one is constantly stuck. Our door frames are falling apart and the seal on the bottom of our front door keeps falling off, going through the door stopper and put a hole in our wall, you may be thinking, well why dont you send in maintenance requests? The maintenance never gets done on time, its taken them 3-5 separate emails and requests to get stuff done. Honestly, Do whatever you can to avoid any property by mountainwood estates.

In the past year, I’ve seen so many positive changes here. The buildings look better than ever, everything feels cleaner and more cared for, and it’s clear management truly values making this a great place to live.

Disappointed cuz I used to live in there with my family a few months ago so it turned even worse after the new property management took over . Noisy place , there are some thieves that break the storages units doors and get inside messing around , a friend of mine told me that somebody tried to still her car because she found some missing stuffs in it plus some cords pulled out under the dash board . They don’t fix stuffs inside the units 👎🏻.

professional slumlords running this place here, normally i don’t post reviews about places, but i have never had such an awful renting experience as i’ve had with this place, was told that we had a “newly renovated” apartment, walked in on the first day to water damage on the ceiling of the half bath, a non draining bathtub, and a dryer that didn’t dry, after contacting them about performing maintenance on the issues we first encountered when we moved, it took them nearly 2 months for the initial issues we had to be fixed, they also will not work with you about payment issues, if you are looking for an apartment with the cheapest maintenance to up keep it, and management that will do anything but their job, i recommend this place whole heartedly

The storm drains in the parking lot have been blocked for two years. Every time we get heavy rain or snow melt the parking lot becomes a lake. The water is approaching peoples storage units now. People are forced to drive through it deeply submerged.
