I had an excellent experience working with Aria she is the best at what she does From start to finish, she was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What truly stood out was her positive attitude and genuine willingness to help. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled promptly and correctly. It’s clear she takes great pride in her work and cares about the residents she serves. We have moved here about a month back. So far everything has been excellent. We love the townhome. The use of space is excellent. Despite not being very big, the storage space is exceptional. The layout is very good. The staff is very friendly and very professional. The maintenance staff is very responsive and prompt. The amenities are great too. We love the complimentary Starbucks coffee and latte available all day. The community is very family-friendly.

Love it here! I've been living at the Grand for a couple months, and it's been a fantastic experience so far. The community is clean and well-maintained, and my apartment is spacious and comfortable. The balcony is a huge plus as well! Max and Lindsay are great and always go above and beyond to address any questions or concerns. Maintenance is great as well, and requests are handled really quickly. I also really appreciate that the complex offers door-to-door recycling. All in all a great place to live, I definitely recommend if you’re looking in the area!

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this community and would highly recommend it to others. The apartment and common area were always well-kept, and the management and maintenance teams were consistently helpful, friendly, and responsive to any requests. Lindsey and Maya deserves a special mention for her exceptional service, making both my stay and the move-out process wonderfully smooth and stress-free.
