Granbury Place Apartments

Love the small community and the maintenance was always great. The only reason I'm moving is because I wanted to be in Ft. Worth. I've been in this apartment for nearly two years. The one bedroom apartments have the biggest kitchen I've ever seen in an apartment. I loved it! Would highly recommend this place to someone who wants a reliable manager, quiet neighborhood, and great prices.

My husband and I loved our stay at the Granbury Place Apartments. We lived there for two years and always experienced great management from Ellen, and hard working maintenance. I highly recommend renting at these apartments.

nice apartments. But, on moving out, I was told there would be a carpet cleaning fee!!! Unheard of anywhere else. Management was better with the other manager. The maintenance man is awesome, but the new manager isn't worth a dime.

We have lived at Granbury Place Apartments now for 4 years and we love it!!!! Ellen, the office manager is absolutely amazing !! Always available and extremely fair and caring . Yes they stick to the rules but that’s what makes it awesome to live there . Thank you Ellen

I loved these apartments they are wonderful. The people there are nice the staff there is very very helpful maintenance is great the community is also enjoyable! The apartments themselves are so nice and very homey. I would recommend these apartments to anyone!!
