Granbury Meadows Apartments

My mother has lived here now going on 10 years. It is a very clean and safe property. It is convenient to medical care and shopping. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. All apartments are ground level so this is idea for seniors. The apartments are small but well laid out. Perfect for one or two people. Each resident gets a marked parking space for their car or a family member’s car when visiting. The community center provides activities as well as a library. There are washer and dryer connections in each apartment but they also have a laundry room for those who don’t have their own washer and dryer. Rent is income based and very affordable for seniors. This is the perfect solution for many.

Love visiting Mom here. They are subsidized but there is an income cap that you need to aware of.
