I’ve really enjoyed living here. The management team is professional and friendly, and they communicate clearly about any updates or changes. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, which I truly appreciate.

Think carefully about renting here if you want to have problems with your deposit. When we rented, they were very friendly at the office, but when it came time to move in, it was a disaster. The next day, they immediately deducted the month's rent (month that I was no longer going to live there) from my bank account I went to complain, and they told me to go to the bank. They refused to do anything; in the bank say me if I canceled it at the bank, I would have fees and problems with the bank. They told me they would send me a check and to wait, but a month has passed, and I haven't received anything. Now they're saying I owe more for cleaning because they forgot to include them, even though at the beginning they told me the apartment was in very good condition. I don't know how much lon

Very clean, staff is very friendly and understanding. From the get, leasing office staff is very organized, professional, and friendly. Maintenance is very friendly and provides fast service. They stay on top of everything and respond quickly.

"Moda Granary Place: Where Comfort Meets Cool" I’ve been living at Moda Granary Place for a while, and it’s been a great experience. The management team, Olive West, is professional, discreet, and always on top of things. They host fun events like pizza parties, which adds a nice touch to the community. The apartments are modern with cool materials and high-efficiency appliances. It’s usually very quiet, both inside the units and in the common areas. The building is secure, with gated parking, two elevators, and extra security cameras. It’s a pet- and family-friendly place with a great mix of tenants. Plus, the Resident Clubhouse is available to rent for events. Definitely recommend it!

Don't let the good reviews fool you, they are incentivized -- If I could leave no stars I would, this place is absolute garbage. Throughout my time as a resident the apartment complex has had about 10 different property management companies oversee it with numerous different property managers, if that tells you anything. The management office is incredibly hostile and rude, when I first was applying it took months to even get a hold of someone, they never answer the phone, emails, I actually physically had to go there multiple times to even talk to someone (they weren't there half the time either). The property has a huge issue with maintenance neglect and things are constantly breaking down. The main elevator in the building breaks down what feels like every other week, pipes have burst
