Gran Vista at Doral

I recently visited this community to inquire about a new place to live. When I arrived I was greeted by Laura. She answered all my questions regarding amenities and pricing. I was truly impressed with her service. Also, the community is well maintained and is offering great promotions. Laura helped me through the application process and I am looking forward to live here!

I recently moved here and Laura at the leasing office is the Best! She is very attentive, fast and made my move easy. I am looking foward to staying here until I buy my own house.

My husband and I came all the way from Lexington, Ky to Miami, and Cathy has been the MOST VITAL part of our out of state move. She was extremely understanding, friendly, and absolutely amazing at her job! She was transparent with all of the apartment information, so we never felt blindsided!! You can tell she cares about her community. I feel comfortable speaking with her about anything I need!!! Gran Vista is PERFECT! It’s tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city, while still being a vibrant community. The property is clean, and secured!!! The staff is kind, and neighbors are friendly. I LOVE IT HERE!!!!! Oh, and it SMELLS SO DANG GOOD IN THE HALLS!!!!!! Thank you Cathy for your hard work to make our dreams come true!!!!!!! We are forever grateful for you!

The office staff specifically Melissa are excellent and professional at what they do. I’ve been here for 2 and a half years and have always counted on her with any issues that may come up in our apt. Unit 202.

Great experience with Gran Vista! Melisa was extremely friendly and really helped me get everything I needed for my apartment. I brought my daughter with me to leasing office and they were so sweet to her. I highly recommend Gran Vista.
