Gramercy Row Apartment Residences

Even though I don’t personally live at this apartment complex, my experience visiting has been nothing but positive. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and feels safe and welcoming. The grounds are beautifully kept, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and inviting. Kayla has been friendly and professional every time I’ve interacted with them. From what I’ve seen, this is a wonderful place to call home. Highly recommend!

1/12/26 Garage door has been broken for a month. We pay $120 for a broken garage door, which is careless and dangerous in the area of town that we live in. Were just told that it will not be replaced, but we are expected to pay the same amount and feel safe downtown. The staff is friendly and helpful, maintenance is prompt and efficient, and the property is beautifully maintained. The amenities are great and the neighbors are respectful. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable place to call home!

Do not live here unless you want your apartment to smell like marijuana pretty frequently. We moved cross country to Roanoke and were not able to view the apartment in person before move in day. We trusted management to be honest with us about the location and experience we would have living here. This was a big mistake. We were lied to about multiple things that I do not care to mention. What I do care most about is the strong smell of marijuana in our apartment on a regular basis. They have a no smoking policy but this is not enforced. From the day we moved in we brought the smell to their attention and have informed management multiple times. Nothing has been done and we have been living here for 6 months now. We requested to at least have an air purifier since we have an infant daughte
