Gramercy Apartments

Terry and Angel are very professional, they always treat our company with respect. It’s always a pleasure coming over to the gramercy apartments with the way they having everything organized and taken care of in the front office. Definitely recommend the property to all friends and families!

This place is horrible. There is roaches in the apartment and pool yes I said pool. The windows are old they shake and mold is always on them. The walls are thin. And it is not a kid friendly apartment no playing outside for them no making noice. There are maggots coming out the walls when we moved out. And we weren’t there that long.

shout out to Angel and Terry for always being very respectful and courteous, they are the apartment managers and do a great job managing this property

The office staff are impatient in communicating. The environment is average. There are a lot of cockroaches in the house. The water bill rises randomly and for no reason.

Management sucks. 10%rate increase every lease renewal. Appertments are run down.
