These apartments charged my dad a month to month lease when they were supposed to follow up for his renewal. They never followed up and charged him over $200 and said he was past due with an eviction notice even though it was their error. He went in and told them that he had gone in to renew his lease and they told him they would follow up but never did. They are now denying everything and made him pay extra for rent that shouldn’t have been owed for a month to month lease. This complex is taking advantage of my elderly dad, do not lease here.
The management is terrible. The female working the phone aka customer service should be fired. Little to no help & to top it off you ask a simple question and she gets EXTRA mad. Not recommended to anyone.
