Grace Woods

I've lived here for about 6 years. Any issues I've had have been addressed quickly. They provided me a window a/c unit in the middle of a hot summer night when our a/c went out! They seem to always be doing something to improve the complex.

I am enjoying my apartment. Moved here a few months ago, apartment manager Griselda was very helpful and the move in was easy breezy… The complex is well kept, Maintenance guys are continuously on site And keeping up with the property. The maintenance guy, Mario has been a great help as well. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Great value for the price, good location near downtown and a bunch of restaurants and activities around, amenities and in residence laundry/gym/pool and the staff that helped me were extremely kind and helpful(Milexy Garces and Louisa R. Murray)

My Best Friend and I were referenced to Grace Woods a Month Ago. We have been obsessed ever since and our experiences didn't disappoint. The staff and leasing office are amazing People. They will do anything they can to go out of their way, and the Apartments are incredible. It's in a great location and a very low price for everything that is offered. It's a great place to Live.

I just moved in to Grace Woods a few days ago. I had toured three apartment complexes in one day, Grace Woods was the last tour and I immediately decided that was where I wanted to live. There are so many beautiful trees, which also provide shaded parking! The apartment buildings themselves are a bit older which sets them apart from all of the newer modern (boring) looking complexes that are all over Austin. The leasing agents are incredibly cool, they are extremely helpful and even answered questions that I had on their days off/ outside of regular work hours in order to get back to me asap.
