friend live there. he likes it. the heat is hard to control. in winter he must open window sometimes because it is so warm. no sure if front door buzzer works but it can be hard for guest to get inside. supply you own window a/c.

Nice building and decent space for the price but constantly having problems with utilities (water, heat, electricity etc). This is the 3rd time this month I’ve been without hot water. No AC in the summer. Extensive wait on maintenance to fix problems due to units age/deterioration.

I have lived here for over ten year. I love my apartment it is so spacious. I love the location. I'm close to Downtown and it's easy for me to get anywhere in the city.

Waste of time. I scheduled an appointment, arriving 10 minutes early. There was a sign on the leasing office that they were away. The sign clearly states they had office hours. I wouldn't bother.

Love Dawn, She is always willing to work with people who are having issues with rent payments. I greatly appreciate the help she extends to me if I fall on hard times.
