Governor's Square Apartments

They don't have electricity stove for me. Water and dry wall pieces are in my stove. My stove has no big burner working. Rust on both sides. Rubber around window and door. Is falling off of it. I have water in my light. Caught 23 mices in my place. Try to get another place with them. The one place I try to get. She said the other rent is to high. But,never gave me a price of the place. I have to use my microwave for everything. My kitchen, leak so bad. It leak into my cabinets and got my seasons water. So things got thrown away. Maintenance made a mess when cutting into the drywall. I don't recommend this place for anybody. But if you're desperate that's on you. But,there's better places out there then Governor Square Apartments. I'm not try now to get a place with them. I'm current

So many issues we put in work order after work order and nothing gets done our pipes busted and there ideal of fixing the water damage was just to patch it up and before they patched it up we had a hole in our ceiling for a week, the water also went though the light fixture and still has not been looked at, also we had black mold in our upstairs bathroom under the sink and they just painted over it I was pregnant and got really sick from it. recently we had put a work order in for the garbage disposal and they sent a email to my mom saying it’s been fixed when it hasn’t I would not recommend at all.

Dee is super awesome ! I called governor square back in JANUARY to advise of my dishwasher and garbage disposal not working and no one ever came to complete the job ! Let’s not mention how I’ve been in my home now over 5 years and have never had my filter changed even though every year I’ve asked for a new one ! I called Dee up yesterday to let her know the issues and I even told her how I’ve called numerous times to have the situation fixed and got nothing ! She came the VERY NEXT DAY bright and early ! Got my new filter and my appliances are back up and running thanks to Dee !

I watched this complex go down since I moved in back in 2014, our door has not been fixed, the lock hasn't been replaced, people come in and drink , hang out in the steps, I live on the 3rd fl, called the office about Saturday people hanging in the steps and haven't heard a thing back, I been complaining about roaches, no reply I've been calling since last September,2021, I love the area but the problems are not being addressed, but that's what I expect when you never see the owners. Just look at the grass and trash.

This organization initiates eviction notices on law abiding tax paying blue collar workers who are less than 30 days past due. This is criminal and this organization should ashamed and publicly scrutinized for their bullying tactics. I will be reporting and posting this to Better Business Bureau and Consumer Reports...this is shameful
