Governor's Pointe Apartments

Do not live here! We have had issue after issue with black mold, maintenance and property management! They lie and lie until their lies are twisted and don't make sense anymore! They have “sent a company” to clean our mold two separate times now and it keeps coming back and claim it’s not mold yet refuses to release the documentation stating that! The last company I asked myself and they said its 100% black mold. Our toilet continues to work on and off to where I had fixed it myself! Now we have a broken door that had been broken for weeks and I keep getting told “they’re knocking on your door” when my wife, my son, and myself are home! Nobody is coming! Lies lies lies! Do not live here or anywhere within Gene B Glick properties! Cannot wait til we move out!

Not only do they not listen to concerns, but they also do not answer when calling corporate for any incidents or questions. Quick to throw the auto generated email reply with a number to call, but not so quick to answer when called. Their customer service is sub-par even by third-world conditions, and no apologies for delay or overall being ignored. This company needs investigation into how their properties are being run into the ground.

I have been at Governors Pointe since ‘21 and I have had nothing but a pleasant experience. The office and residence are always gracious and on time with issues. I would recommend this apartment complex to anybody!

Hi I've been a resident at Governors Pointe Apartments for several years I have never had any trouble living at Governors Pointe It's A safe place to Live With Maintenance on call 24/7 It's also close to the HRT Bus Routes , Shopping Center , Food Lion , Dr. Offices and The Hospital , also Several great Places to eat along with the city Park close by GOVERNORS POINTE IS A PLACE YOU CAN CALL HOME , The Office Staff is always Friendly and makes you feel welcome

Office Manager (not Toya) regards (or acts as though) Tennant's concerns are less than important. If I caught her on a bad day, is unknown but my concern (a window) was not and has not been addressed.
