I’ve been living here for six months now, and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. The community is quiet, safe, and conveniently located close to everything I need. As a college student, finding a reliable apartment without hidden fees or low quality appliances can be stressful, but this property has truly exceeded my expectations. Everything I signed for is exactly what I’ve received, no surprises, consistent billing, and well maintained, high quality amenities. The management team deserves special recognition. Apartment needs to be renovated, I’ve only lived here over a month and have had over 10 maintenance requests to be fixed ranging from cracks, door not sealed, window screens ripped, very dirty apartment at move in, plumbing issues appliances issues, very dated and just needs to be replaced at this point. The maintenance team is very good and does what they can to fix things. It is ok but for the price just way too expensive for a very dated old apartment.

I have really enjoyed living here and it is kept fairly clean especially when it snows which I appreciate. Only downside that is not able to be controlled is that the parking is pretty bad. I honestly hate that I have to park on the opposite side of the apartment complex in order to find a parking spot depending on when I get home. But besides that the people are super nice and they are on top of notices which I am very grateful about.

I love living here! I've only had to have maintenance stop by a couple of times since i moved in in May and they were responsive and very helpful. The location is perfect, with plenty of space for me to take my dog out, whether it's just for a minute or a long walk.

The move in progress was so easy and amazing! They are so welcoming and the process was an easy one. Probably the most easiest I’ve ever experienced. The management is amazing and very understanding professionals. So I thought, 2 months being here almost 3 , we found out we were scammed by the lady that worked here. They aren’t charging what we signed for in the lease, about $600 more than honestly this place is worth. Maintenance takes their sweet time to fix anything, but yet they can renovate the apartment above me? They really don’t seem to care about after signing the lease.
