This review is specific to Lauren Romano, who is an agent with Gottesman. Lauren wasn't even my agent in the transaction (we were un-agented buyers) but I feel compelled to leave her a review because she went above and beyond to resolve a property tax issue that arose AFTER the transaction had closed and her fee had been paid. Unbeknownst to us buyers, to Lauren, or to the title company (a fiasco on their part), the seller in this transaction, who was represented by Lauren, had underpaid his property taxes on the home we were buying. A couple months after the transaction closed, we started getting notices from the county, demanding we pay the back taxes. After living in Westlake for almost 25 years, we asked Mason Quintana to guide us through the sale of our home in 2016.
