I first uses Gotham Properties services about two years ago when I was trying to rent one of the rental units in my house. The level of service and professionals was so amazing that I decided to keep in contact. I loved the work they are doing to educate people about home ownership! So much so I started working here! If you are looking to rent, buy, sell, or whatever having to do with housing this is definitely the place to contact!

Katherine from Gotham Properties Real Estate LLC has been very great at helping me. She guided me through the whole process from beginning to the end. She knows how to talk/treat people. It didn’t take her long to find me what I was looking for. Efficiency and reliability are two words that I would use to describe her work. I WILL definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a house or an apartment to rent (or buy) in the city.

Malik from Gotham properties is a scam artist. He posts claiming no broker fees than tries to tell my family we owe him 15% of the annual rent over 4,500$. He spent 1 hour showing us an apartment we loved. Took us back to the office to drop the 15% annual rent fee. Then text to threaten me about suing us if we don't go through him. He's handsome and charming watch out he's a scam artist.

Had the best real estate agent. Was a very easy and smooth process. They were very fast and efficient. Happy to call this new apartment home. Would recommend to anyone.

Process takes forever! Sometimes calls are ignored. Gwyen is 👎🏽... They need way better customer service skills, and actually care about the needs of people being serviced. That makes for better business! Supposedly Quinn is the owner forget if you're trying to reach him, you'll never get him! Leaving you stuck to write one star reviews! Find another Realitor!
