DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY Will never deal with this company again. There whole plot is to keep your deposit and charge you for nonsense. I was charged for nonsense that was not my fault and was normal wear to a house. They charged me $65 to replace a light fixture that never existed another $49 for missing light bulbs which were not missing. $109 for carpet cleaning only two rooms had carpet. $235 for some blinds that stayed in the same condition as when I moved there. The list goes on of nonsense that was left how I found it. They went after the 30 day mark I had to keep calling about my deposit. I wish I could give them zero stars. Trailers are overpriced & they ask for a $50 application fee and I don’t care how clean your background is, they still deny you if you’re not the type of person they want. Will be disputing the charge as well. AND THE STAFF? rude! I asked her how was my credit bad when all i had was a school loan that was barely a thousand dollars and this lady says rudely call the credit bureau.. GIRL BYE. Gosslee Property Management is a terrible management company. They have violated all of the terms on the lease. They refuse to send digital records of the maintenance performed on my house. They have spent hundreds of dollars on repairing the washer and dryer that I left with my house. The appliances are already 7 years old and need to be replaced not repaired. They do not try to contact me when repairs are needed even though I'm pretty quick to respond to problems. I have owned my house for 7 years now and I'm not ready to let it go, but now I feel I have no option but to sell it. I wish that I hadn't trusted this poorly managed company with my house. Worse experience ever! Upon signing our rental contract we request for the house to be professional cleaned including the yard mess that the previous tenant had left behind (piles of bricks and all kind of debris). The day we moved in, it was to our surprise that NOT a single of our request was furfilled. I had to spend couple of days to clean the yard meanwhile my wife did her share cleaning the house. During our occupancy, calling for maintenance was like pulling teeth trying to have things fixed in the proper way, to the point that we gave up calling at all. I rented from Gosslee for four years and this company needs to get training in the home rental industry as to what is normal wear and tear. I took excellent care of my home and I always get my deposits back but this company nickeled and dimed me on my deposit. For instance, I was charged $15 for a kitchen cabinet knob they felt needed a longer screw. Prior to moving in, back in 2015, I personally paid for the carpet cleaning because it hadn’t been done yet and I kept my receipt because the agreement was that I wouldn’t have to pay upon moving out.
