Goshen Manor is a fantastic community to call home. The location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops just minutes away. The grounds are always beautifully maintained, and the office team is friendly, helpful, and responsive. Great value for the size of our apartment. Staff has always been quick to address any of my concerns and the are always friendly. We have lived here for just under a year and have had a wonderful experience so far.
We've lived at Goshen Manor for two years and have had a great experience. The office team is warm and friendly, and they’re always quick to respond to general questions and maintenance requests. It's a quiet, well-maintained community, and we’ve felt really at home here. Only moving because we're getting married and want to be closer to work. Highly recommend Goshen Manor if you're looking for a reliable and welcoming place to live!
I lived here for two years. It really was the worst place I've lived for so many reasons. Both of my vehicles were vandalized (smashed into and then attempted theft) while living here and truly I never felt safe. Management absolved themselves of any and all blame for all of my issues. They are apparently not responsible for creating safe living conditions at their owned properties. Maitenence did their best, but the units are old and need a revamp for the rent being charged. Sewage waste kept coming in from the unit above us for almost two months before being fixed- it was disgusting. At $1800 a month pricing for the area, this is unacceptable. The leasing office will show you a demo unit that does not indicate the quality of the actual units. It also does not indicate the amount of no
