Five starts all the way! Recently I became acquainted with Gorilla Builders and how grateful I am for that! Honesty is what I found. I recently had a online scammer use their company name and post a fraudulent charge on my credit card which was a significant amount. I filed with the bank a fraud claim and thought it was over. The online scammer submitted a fraudulent invoice to counter my claim and I was informed by the bank that the charge would be reinstated. I reached out directly to the owners of Gorilla Builders, explained the situation, gave them the details of proof that their company name had been dishonestly used, and they were eager to help us. Our family had an excellent building experience with Gorilla Builders! Each step of the process went smoothly because of their knowledgeable staff. We loved picking out specific colors and appliances in their beautiful design center. Our home was finished before the estimated date and we are thrilled with the finished product. The Gorilla Builders is an amazing group of people. You can tell they want to give you the best experience possible. From design to build they were amazing to work with. don’t EVER work with this company. the owner is insane. he believes he’s always correct & his ego is through the roof! he’ll ridicule you, call you names, & make up any excuse he can think of for you to give him what he wants. his whole company is a rip off! he charges more PURELY to support his ego purchases, like the “400k rolls Royce, bro” & “a 50k dollar ring” that he is obsessed with being braggadocios about. he’s honestly an embarrassing person. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! & if he ever enters your business/work place, deny him service & kick him out IMMEDIATELY. otherwise he will try to attack you personally if you don’t do EXACTLY what he asks. worthless company, worthless egotistical man = work from them is worthless to you as well.
