After living in our Gordon Milar Construction home for a little over 3 years, we cannot recommend. Early on, we reported issues with several windows and learned we weren't the only customers experiencing those issues. Instead of handling it directly, they had us deal with the window manufacturer ourselves which led nowhere. Part of our front porch is cracking/sinking. They had that section repaired, but its already cracking and settling more. A good indication that the ground was not properly prepared in the first place and will probably be an ongoing issue we have to deal with. Over time, numerous small issues have added up, leaving us regretful about building new. Their rep Randy genuinely tries to make things right and has been great, but there is only so much he can do.
