GoodLeap

We recently secured a consolidation loan from GoodLeap. It was actually begun as a loan for a Tankless Heating and Hot Water system installment, and we ended up grouping all of our various loans with GoodLeap. We worked with two very diligent individuals at their company, Reval Crystal and Blake Allred. I found both individuals to be extremely knowledgeable, competent and they also kept us completely informed while we worked through the loan process. We ended up with the funds needed in a very timely fashion with a much better interest rate on many of our outstanding loans and are very pleased with the outcome.

My experience with GoodLeap was quick, fast and very easy. I had the guidance from Alicia who was very knowledgeable and caring towards me and my family's wellbeing and needs. Alicia added Hope to the equation and things became even more promising for my situation. If at anytime you are thinking of selling your current home, do not get GoodLeap for your solar financing. They have been impossible to work with. You can't speak to anyone in assumptions, they want you only corresponding via email. There seems to be no communication between the customer service department and assumptions. And the reps are extremely rude. We have already had to push back closing because they won't complete the loan transfer and will probably have to push it back again. Definitely don't recommend this company.

Michael Wissing, my Mortgage Specialist was so great. He was so patient with me and talked me through everything. He explained everything to me and answered any questions I had. I and not good on my phone he had to help me a lot. I am so thankful for all the help he gave me. He is an amazing person. I feel so blessed that he was the person that I got on the phone. Michael was so friendly, respectful, and so very patient with me. If I had to do this again I would pray to have Michael as my Mortgage Specialist again. This has been a great experience because of the great person Michael is. I hope he stay with the company forever because he is a great asset. David is a friendly, professional and very knowledgeable representative of the Good Leap brand, as well as being attentive and responsive.
