The staff are very friendly, no complaints with them whatsoever. If it’s too much to read here’s the down-low: don’t move here if your not single (studio apartment, not sure about 1 bedrooms), don’t move here if you are noise sensitive, don’t move here (any floor besides the first) if you have a disability, and don’t expect to feel like you’re getting your moneys worth. I really wanted to enjoy these apartments but so far the experience has been lackluster. It’s Fayetteville, so keep to yourself and no one will bother you. Haven’t felt unsafe or bothered in the slightest. Willing to change review if situation improves. Pros: - Walk anywhere that you need, food, grocery right across the street - great view of sunrise and sunset on 6 story tower, plant lovers will enjoy - everyone pretty

This is now an apartment complex. The staff are very nice and helpful. The price isn't worth with amenities included though. Water and electricity included but still have to pay to do laundry. No washer and dryer hookup unless you ask. Wasn't given that option when I moved in. Plumbing problems. All my sinks get clogged up from others because im on the first floor. Had issues with that for several months. Gym doesnt seem to be clean and monitored often. I've had someone take my package before and luckily returned it but my box was open. Should be verifying ppl to make sure it actually belongs to them. No oven, kitchen sink is very small but good for a single person. I wouldn't recommend 1st floor because I feel like someone can peek thru my curtains. Recommend getting privacy screen to cov

My husband and I have been living here for 4 months already and we love the apartment and everything about this building. Very quiet at night, love the amenities & the staff are so nice! 💛. Maintenance service as well has been excellent. I recommend, 5 ⭐

I went and viewed the apartments and they are nice. Small but nice for one person. I paid $50 to apply after explaining to the staff I am looking for a place to get away from Domestic Voilence. The guy got out of jail in April on time served and he knows where I currently live at. I explained to them what my credit score was and that I don't keep all my money in any bank account (due to it being stolen before-hacked). I was rejected approval based on my credit which I am in the process of fixing after a man messed it up. Stolen and using my social security number. Because I don't put all my money in a bank... I'm not qualified. They preach these homes are to help lower income people but ask you make 3xs the rent. That isn't low income or affordable living if the place expects you to be per
