Their team provided clear guidance on how to prepare the property for the rental market, handled the preparation and showings with real professionalism, and continues to manage the unit with great care so the renter has a positive experience. What truly stands out is their efficiency and responsiveness. Every question is answered quickly, follow ups happen almost immediately, and communication is always clear and thoughtful. It gives real peace of mind knowing the property is in such capable hands. Are they more expensive than some other property managers? Yes. But the level of service, professionalism, and reliability they provide makes them absolutely worth it. I could not be happier with the experience.

I've been working with Good Life Property Management since 2010. Although I've since sold that property, I help my dad with his rental properties, which Good Life has been managing. I recently worked with Krista on a tenant move-out and preparing the home for advertisement and a new lease. She has been great with communicating and providing updates since day one. Krista managed this project smoothly and now, a new tenant is in place. I do not live in CA any longer, but we use a property manager for rentals we own in AZ. I wish they were half as responsive and efficient as Good Life.

I had a very disappointing experience with Good Life Property Management. I applied to a property online within one hour of it being posted, and I toured the property that evening. I was very motivated to rent the home, and even noted in my application I'd be willing to pay above the listed price. Well a full day goes by and I heard nothing so I called for a status update. The woman on the phone wasn't sure what the status was and said to call back the next day. So I waited and called the next day and spoke to another rep on the phone who seemed just as clueless. I emphasized that I had applied 48 hours ago and wanted to know what my application status was. He said he'd have someone call me back with an update.
