They are really great at what they do. Haytham was super friendly and guided us through the whole process. There were things that we were unaware of as first time homeowners, but Haytham pointed them out and gave advice on how to get the issue resolved. He really cares about his client and ensure that all of their questions are answered. I followed up with him after the inspection and he was very happy to answer my question and helped build talking points so I knew exactly what to say to my builder. I would definitely recommend him for any home owner.
