Good Haven Apartments

I just became a resident here at Good Haven. Mrs. Alma was very helpful and made me feel very welcome. Her customer service was great, super professional. She said she would do everything she could to get me approved & she did just that! When we went to look at the apartment, there was something going on with the flooring; she called maintenance on the spot & they came to fix the issue immediately. Mrs. Alma has made my moving experience great. A huge upgrade from my last property manager. You can tell she really cares about her tenants and takes her job seriously!

The stupid leasing and stupid stuff, they are so rude nothing knows about business

Mrs. Alma has very good customer service. She’s a very understanding person and you can count on her. Whenever I had a problem with my water heater or any other small appliances she didn’t waste any time getting things taken care of she was on it.

I just moved in so far everything is going great. Ms.Alma has been very helpful through it all. I told her I needed to move in asap and she made it happen. I'm very grateful to Ms. Alma she gets the job done and is very professional and has great customer service skills.

I've had a great experience with the front office and Alma has such a beautiful personality and is always willing to be of assistance. Mon is the go to guy and is so knowledgeable. There has also been a great impovement to the property appearance. Great job guys.
