My experience at first was going well. I'm not naming any names but my agent contacted me October 1 2025, we sopke about the process and said I was pre-approved and sent me a link to fill out paperwork, I was hesitant about all of it and my agent assured me my approval odds looked very good. So I went ahead and filled the paperwork out and my agent told me to go ahead and start looking up houses that I would most likely get approved for 230,000. So that's what I did , I downloaded the Zillow app and sent the ones I liked. Me and my oldest son , with my son being the cosigner viewed five homes in the past few months. I paid the $100 fee for a credit check. The agent proceeds to tell me that my son has no credit which is fine and all. That he needs to open up a credit card and make a purcha
