Never rent an apartment with them!! They’re scammers! Took 1000$ from deposit cause the same summary you pay to lawyer. I rent apt in Hyde, they were not in the best condition, we took all pics and video but it doesn’t work without lawyer. They charged me that I’ve spoiled something without any evidence. At the day of check-in we were waiting for them for 4 hours with keys. Hyde is also a bad place with stupid rules. I’d advise you better to rent Beach Club. This place is much more better! It was cost +1500$. But in Hyde you pay parking for crazy summary (more than 1000$ for month) also they charge from your deposit.

Sushi very good , ice-cream , coffee and the ron very good, next time please leave the sushi tray a little bit longer on the table.

Would NOT recommend the Golod Group unless you want to be ignored and jerked around in order to simply get a response. Offers listings and showings for apartments they have no desire to sell and will completely wastes your time. Working with this group is not professional, speedy, or simple as alleged in the above reviews. I have been seeking to get a response for over two weeks. 0/10 recommend.

Horrible and terrible. They ignore my realtor and have left me hanging with purchasing an apartment in Miami Beach. They excluded important information concerning a tenant that has a lease until September and LIED to us saying that she was month to month. I absolutely hate this group of unprofessional people. Avoid them at all costs. Waste of time and money on inspections and application fees that went nowhere. 👎 On top of all this, the broker/owner/listing agent (all the same person) is extremely fraudulent and wants to stay with HALF of my earnest money (5k) in order to sign the release of cancelation. I don't understand how this is even legal!!! He should be in prison!

The owners of this place are all but serious. They still owe me money after I made them the favour to move out in order to allow them to sell the unit I was staying in. For ppl thinking that this is the owner responsibility I would say 2 things: 1. The owner is a family member of the Golod and 2. they asked me to move out meaning that they could have allowed me to pay only part of the rent as they asked for an exit date on the 20th. These ppl are to stay away from. Thief!
