Golf Marina Apartments

I have lived here for three years now I absolutely love it. Our manager Nicole Newton is an amazing manager And hard-working Nicole takes care of all of our needs And make sure things are safe and kept up She is friendly and outgoing, and is concerned for every resident here. I’m so happy she has come here. I’ve seen quite the improvement I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The maintenance people are also wonderful and friendly and hard-working.

I’ve been here for a few months now and so far everything is going really well. This is my first place and so far the office manager Nicole Newton has been really helpful with getting my partner and I in and she’s been really helpful with any questions I have, and all the neighbors seem pretty friendly. I’ve had a few packages end up at the wrong apartment number and they always end up showing up at my door.

I really enjoy living here. The premises are beautiful and quiet. The condo is gorgeous! All new flooring, fresh paint, kitchen and bathroom are perfect. Nicole Newton, Property Manager is phenomenal. She is extremely professional and quick to respond to my needs. I highly recommend living here!

I’ve been here for about 10 days full time at this point and my situation seems to get worse by the day. Here’s my experience so far. Lights flicker constantly. Heater randomly goes out and blows cold air, and I have to pull the access panel crudely screwed to the wall to trip the switch and get the heater to relight or wait for the unit to fully reset. That seems to take a while. I got sick and I suspect waking up and my apt is 60 or below has something to do with it. Next day around 10pm I had a brown out that caused all but 3 outlets in my unit (none of them being the heater, the fridge, or the stove) and had to sleep in a hotel room. Made notifications, never got a response but by the time I got back from my errands someone had gone in and turned the breaker off for my heater and left

Loved the place when I first moved in, apartment was in good condition and cost and location were reasonable. Turns out they won't upkeep the property beyond bare minimum. Maintenance man is an angry alcoholic making any repairs tense if not outright uncomfortable. Feral cat population management is aware of but refuses to deal with means the premises reek of cat urine, and despite multiple complains of odor inside apartment issue was brushed off until I could find the holes in the ventilation myself, still had the smell leaking in after repair, along with many other issues. In the end management will take every penny possible from you and not bother to communicate anything until the last second or after badgering for it. First appearances can be decieving, after 2 years I'd say stay away.
