About a month ago, I reached out to sell my home. They initially offered $490,000 “AS IS,” claiming they will need to upgrade the kitchen cabinets and bathroom fixtures to higher-end options and considering the cost of these improvements, that’s the most they can offer to profitably flip the property. I know there's nothing wrong with the current fixtures as this is a move-in ready home.
