Fantastic organization. My wife and I needed to rent LV house since it had become vacant. GWM came in provided guidance on what needed to be done before they could rent. We had a very short timeline to get the work done, we got most of it done, but what we didn’t GWM quickly facilitated the completion of the work. After the cleanup/cleanout was complete our property was rented within a matter of weeks. Terrific experience.

Excellent management company for owners. The dashboard for money coming in and money going out is great. And, they have great property managers, like Saul, who helped get my property re-rented quickly and efficiently.

This company is shady. I gave them all the paperwork they needed to show proof of income, employment, and everything they requested. They took my $45 application fee, then said they couldn’t verify my employment. And tried to say another person was approved before me when I applied well before the other person. I told them I never missed a rent payment in 5 years, I’m currently paying more than the house I was going to rent from them and they found an excuse to deny me. Even had a guarantor with $30k in the bank account. Not worth your time applying. They will take your money, waste your time and make an excuse to validate their decision.

This was my first time leasing a home and I have to say, Andrea at GWM made it incredibly easy for us. She answered the many questions I had about the whole process thoroughly and was a great help getting everyone into the home. Highly recommend going through them if you’re looking to rent a decent home for a good price

Do not rent from these people. They will use every excuse to steal your deposit. Standard wear and tear and even if you leave the place in better condition than when they rented it to you in the beginning after years they will still find a bunch of excuses to run you up in an effort to not pay you your deposit back. Then you have to go through messy court and waste a bunch of your time just to get your money back because there's no way they can win because they're literally just stealing your money thinking you'll accept it and go away
