We recently finished a complete kitchen renovation and are very satisfied with our construction and renovation firm. From the initial design consultation through to the final walk-through, the staff at this company displayed a remarkable level of professionalism and knowledge. Our project manager kept us fully apprised of the progress through daily updates and was very responsive to all of our inquiries. The staff were very considerate, on time, and maintained a remarkably clean construction site, causing little disruption to our daily routine. The workmanship is of the highest quality, and they completed the project right on time and within the agreed-upon budget with no surprises.

I’m based in Texas but bought a fixer-upper in San Diego as an investment. The master bathroom was in terrible shape, so I hired Petra from GSDB to handle the remodel remotely. This was a big project, new layout, custom shower and vanity. At first, I was worried about not being on-site, and there were some challenges. A material delay pushed things back a couple of weeks, and coordinating some of the design choices over email wasn’t ideal. But overall, they did a fantastic job. They were patient with my questions and really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with everything. The final result is stunning.
