Some of the nicest warmest people I’ve ever met. Every interaction has been friendly, professional, and genuinely pleasant. I especially love working with and talking to the front receptionist, Sarah. She is kind, helpful, and always makes the experience feel easy and welcoming. (I also love how she decorates the front!) You can truly feel the personal touches, care and teamwork throughout the entire company. Highly recommend!!!!

Easiest closing I had in a while. This was my first time closing with them. Nice bright, clean offices. Chairs comfortable. We were offered refreshments when we arrived which, given the heat, was greatly appreciated. Staff was friendly and were expecting us. Always a plus. Incoming funds were handled smoothly and I was handed a folder with my check and ALTA at the end. Hope to have more opportunities to close at this firm.

I want to say what a terrible experience we have had in a closing with this company. Pick another law firm! From the start - simply asking questions about costs of services and staff getting upset about asking questions to the day of close. Terrible customer service. On day of close we docu signed at approximately 11 am and never heard anything from anyone about the status! At 5:30 I received an email from the attorney saying “we have your money”- nothing else- NO congratulations, NO we will call you am, NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL -BUT WE HAVE YOUR MONEY! What terrible service. Out of all the closings and title companies we have dealt with this takes the cake. Again spend your money somewhere else! Oh- the next day, I had to call at 12:56 est to even get an answer if we even closed… I would s
