Goldelm at Millenia West

I moved out of my apartment on September 30th and left everything clean. I returned the keys the same day before the office closed exactly as instructed. The next week, on October 11th, I received a letter saying I owed over $400 for cleaning the carpet and cleaning the apartment, even though it was already clean when I left. They also charged me $150 for a microwave that was already damaged when I moved in (I have proof). They even charged me over $35 for returning the keys on September 30 at 5:12pm, even though the office closes at 5:30 and my lease never said there was a fee for returning the keys the day before October 1. My lease only mentions charges if you break the lease, and I did not break the lease. I disputed the charges, sent proof, emailed them, and called multiple times. I

It's the worst, don't move here, these apartments are full of cockroaches and they never fix the damage to the apartments. The bathroom cabinet falls apart and I've been with humidity for more than 7 months, they never solve it. I gave them my medical history. The apartment is making me sick because of the humidity and they don't care, it's the worst.

Staying with a friend. These apartments are roach infested. I've Never seen roaches this bad in my life. These are Not tree bugs either, these are the bad ones that are very hard to get ride of. So not worth the price Update: 6/18/25 back for a visit, the hot water heater is falling thru the floor. Started at 6am this morning, it's now 3pm and 2 guys have shown up and haven't come back since 10am this morning. These apartments are NOT worth 1200.00+ a month. Such a dump. There not affiliated with the BBB and i see why, These apartments need to be shut down, not fit for people to live in.

This place is a gem in the area! It is literally approximately 20 minutes from everything. The ladies (Lakesha and Joanne) in the rental office are helpful and friendly. I have been here for about a year now and have had no issues. The neighbors are nice and the neighborhood is kept clean by the men in the staff. Pricing is also very reasonable. I would definitely recommend anyone to live here.

The property is ok concidering the area. It Could use some security. The staff is improving everyday. Convinienly located close to plenty of shops & restaurants. Just a Few minutes away from The Mall at Millenia & 15 min to I- Drive.
