I will say these apartments are a good start for someone who are just beginning to start renting their own apartment which that I Was trying to rent one, but I had a family emergency that I had to take care of, so I had to immediately cancel out the lease before I moved in, but hoping and wishing if I decide to rent again from these apartment that they would be gladly to accept me once again I am a great tenant. The manager is very helpful and knowledgeable of the property. If you looking for somewhere safe to raise your children come see her. I had the pleasure of a renovated unit which is phenomenal!

Living at Golden Metrowest has truly been a great experience overall! The new management team has been a breath of fresh air — they’re professional, responsive, and super quick when it comes to resolving any issues or concerns. The community itself is beautiful and full of great amenities, including multiple pools, a mini playground for kids, and even a dog park for your furry friends. It’s perfect for families, pet owners, and anyone looking for a welcoming, well-kept place to live. If you’re apartment hunting, definitely check out their remodeled and updated units — they are absolutely breathtaking and luxurious at amazing price . I want to say this place has changed for the better over the last 2 months. The grounds are more upkept now than I’ve seen over the last 5 years we’ve been here. They have recently fixed the swimming pools which has been very enjoyable this summer for not only my family but our neighbors also. I needed help with my toilet being clogged and they sent down Vincent in a reasonable manner. He even offered to grab me a new filter for my AC unit! The ladies in the office is lovely and a breathe of fresh air especially over the last lady we had for 2 years that would take our maintenance orders on a sticky note but would never get fulfilled. The newest manager has definitely taken pride in this property and it clearly shows not only from the office but from the outside as well. I hope they will

We live at Goldelm at Metro West, and what we’ve experienced here recently has been completely unacceptable. Our central air conditioning broke down, and we spent three to four full days and nights in our apartment with indoor temperatures reaching 90°F. We tried opening windows and using fans, but it was unbearable. We had to pay for a hotel just to get some sleep, and even then, we went several nights with little to no rest because of the heat. We reported the issue to the front office and maintenance multiple times. We were told a technician would be sent and that a window unit would be installed. Neither of those things happened. No one ever notified us about a technician, and no temporary A/C was provided. On top of that, we tried calling the office multiple times during the day, wh
