This reality company is a joke!!! Terrible management! Poorly managed by crooks is putting it nicely. The person who i signed my lease with hardly ever responded to things needing fixed. The house had roaches when I did the first walk through but was promised it would be handled! That was the first lie. Every time something broke i reported to the person who named herself property manager of the house I rented., she would not respond or be very vague and the problems would go unfixed so I paid for them myself. When I left, we cleaned and bleached the whole house , took off trash and put stuff to be hauled off by trash pickup at the road. They took several weeks to inspect it and by then the many druggies of the neighborhood had strung through the trash. I was charged for that. 2 of the che

I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone to look at a place bc I just moved here. I can’t get a call back and the one time someone answered (Lauren) she acted annoyed that I even called her. She said she would have someone call me back and that’s never happened.

Lauren was recommended to me by someone who had bought a home in the historic district previously with her. Lauren was absolutely Fantastic ! Quick to respond, very knowledgeable, and a wonderful personality. And she also gave us many resources throughout the process. We just closed on the property she found. We are very happy ! Michelle, Lauren, Mary, Victoria and Jane are well informed professionals. They limit their business to Georgetown and a few other close communities. Their attention, courtesy, and knowledge of real estate is exceptional. Going Coastal is laid-back, like the coastal laid-back community. They may be out in the community doing good deeds, so call. They have always promptly returned my calls.

We stopped in briefly last summer to get some directions and get out of the heat for a few minutes. Victoria was friendly and helpful and gave us her time even though we were not real estate clients. We will definitely look up Going Coastal Realty when we finally decide to leave California and buy our dream home in beautiful Georgetown.
