I truly do not know what you are paying almost $1300 for. Besides the location. Do not let the images they use to advertise available units fool you. They look nothing like the pictures. Extremely run down. Dents in the walls. Poor paint job with paint all over the door frames. When I moved in there was still stuff on the ceilings from the previous tenant. In the master bedroom near the light on ceiling looks like blood. Grease still on the back wall behind the oven grease all over the microwave and cabinets. Old crusted food still under the stove and under the dishwasher. Kitchen counters are so run down the are falling apart around the edges. ALL cabinets literally falling apart. I love living here. Ashley and her assistant are always prompt with responses on any issues/maintenance that may arise and are very friendly. Only drawback is parking is very full so Im glad I got a carport when I signed my lease. But that’s normal apartment stuff. Really have enjoyed my time here so far!

Love living here! My husband and I have dealt with terrible property managers / companies in the past and were hesitant moving. However, Ashley is wonderful! Anything brought to her attention always gets handled promptly. She is always extremely helpful and fun to talk to. We decided to move into a bigger apartment and stick around due to how much we enjoy living here. Thank you Ashley!

I lived here after I got a divorce and lost my house. The management staff was awesome and friendly. Seth, the maintenance man, the best.. between his morning jokes and his helpful behavior and his quick responses coming "home" was always so pleasing. I still go over and visit Ashley, the manager, along with Seth because they were always the best. Having a washer and dryer in the unit comes in handy and saves quarters from going to the laundry mat. Decent sizes for the rooms, and just the perfect spot if you're starting your life back over again. The only reason I moved out is I got remarried to the love of my life, and purchased a house. This is the best apartment I have ever lived at. #1 reason the management is the best management I have ever had at an apartment complex. #2 it’s extremely quiet which is amazing for me since I have a 9 month old. #3 I never ever have a hard time finding parking. I know there have been complaints of cars sitting for months but this is a military complex so when they go on deployment they leave their vehicle in a space. That’s completely understandable and reasonable. But again I don’t have a problem at all getting a spot. And lastly the apartments have big windows to let in lots of light and are very spacious apartments! I highly recommend this complex and can’t wait for summer to use the pool.
