GoGo Heights

I lived here with the old management, and as much as I enjoyed their friendliness, nothing got done. Also management was very harsh and seemed to press down on minor issues while neglecting major ones. The new crew and especially Keenan have been so willing and eager as if it’s a necessity (which we are not used to) to make sure we are safe and properly taken care of when it comes to everything in our apartment. Thank you Go Go Heights for being professional and also making your tenants feel comfortable at the same time!

Had a tour scheduled for a 2x2 apartment today at 3pm. Showed up 15 minutes early and the leasing office doors were locked. Figured we were just too early… waiting 10 minutes and tried the door again. (In this time another couple and a ups driver also tried to enter the building). At 3:05 there was still no one in the building who would come when we knocked (loudly) on the door. I called the number provided to me in the email confirmation I was sent yesterday. No answer. Called the number found on google. No answer. Called a number again and still no answer. Ended up leaving and not taking the tour. As we were driving out we saw many apartment porches covered in trashy items and half of the garages were left half open and a lot of them also had a piece of paper stating “attention on Jan 23

After living here for decades, I can say the old maintenance crew barely got anything done. But the new crew is something different. They actually respect the residents and they really understand our concerns. They got the job done the same day — something I never saw with the old crew. Thank you, Keenen, Shawn, and Larry. You guys truly deserve a positive review. Thanks again.

Kenan the new maintenance person came to check on our dryer that hasn’t been working and took the time to actually care and listen to what was going on and figure out what needed to be fixed. He also didn’t get mad when my kids were interested. Very knowledgeable and helpful. We’ve lived here since 2020 and this is the best and fastest service we’ve had since. Thank you!

I put in a request for a new dishwasher and kenan the new maintenance man order my unit a new one right away and as soon as it came in he replaced it. He did an amazing job, very professional and respectful. He did a great job.
