My wife and I recently scheduled an appointment to look at a few homes in this new development. Jessica and Tammy were so extremely helpful and we ended up finding a home we love. These two sales associates were so much fun and really made the whole experience less stressful and way more enjoyable than we had expected!! Great community! It is always well maintained and attractive. There is a good mix of home designs and sizes. Tammy is very pleasant and will to help figure out how to meet you needs. Recommend visiting History Maker , if you are in the market for a new home.

History Maker Homes is a great builder with a solid reputation if you look into the background of them. The #1 complaint you will find is warranty. Though this is the case for every single home builder, and it's based on the neighborhood. Try D R Horton as they will definitely give you a hassle for any repairs and youll have no selection of any of your interior. HMH is not a million dollar home builder. What they are is a great affordable home builder. Now that we've covered the Karen's and Kyle's of 1st review group. In my experience with HMH the neighbors love their homes. They love the neighborhood and are extremely active. I will continue to say it was shocking
