Maintenance was a pleasure. I called two days ago maybe three, they gave me a time frame when they would come. They came on time and fixed everything that I asked of them quickly and correctly. I didn’t really have much to fix, but everything was fixed to my likings and left in perfect shape. No mess, no cleanups, everything was great.

I have been in my home with this company for a little over 3 years. The maintenance team is great. Any maintenance issues i have are quickly resolved.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this property management company has been deeply upsetting and unacceptable. From the start, the management team, particularly Crystal Burkes and Lakia Hudson, demonstrated a lack of professionalism and empathy. Communication was poor, and concerns were often dismissed or ignored. I was placed in a dangerous situation and denied basic tenant rights, including a safe process for lease termination despite being in an abusive relationship. Instead of offering support, they forced me to remain in contact with my abuser and refused to relocate me, even after explaining my circumstances. The lease process itself appeared to violate Maryland laws. Maintenance was incomplete at move-in, yet I was still charged for issues that should have been

Hi I had security storm doors for my front and back doors on my home installed today .The security storm door looks very nice .

This experience overall was easy and unproblematic. I spoke with Ms. Keisha who was very accommodating with my schedule to view the property. I instantly fell over joyed with it and wanted to move forward and during that process had no issues. Her and Carla were very communicative throughout the entire process. Then afterwards I got a chance to meet Mrs. Kimberly C. who was very thorough when explaining the home and made sure I viewed everything completely and made sure everything worked before finalization. She gave me a few good tips as far as maintenance, trash removal, upkeep of the home etc. 10/10.
