Glynn Isle Townhomes

It's March,2023....The property manager looks like she's on something she doesn't know what she's doing. She's keeping the tenants utilitie checks. she's not professional at all. She lies about everything.The property was sold again about 6 months ago and she claims that she doesn't know who has it.Whats really going on. There's no information about new ownership on this place at all.I mean she has to know something

Here we are again back at square 1, once again we have another property manager and she doesn’t look very promising, I haven’t seen a maintenance man in 2 months and nothing is getting done round here far as things getting fixed how they’re suppose to and our air filters hasn’t been changed in the last 2yrs, we can’t get in contact with the people that brought the property and it’s just a bad look and also there isn’t a phone number for us call our leasing office to talk to the property manager she never came out and introduced herself to the tenants so we really don’t know who she is unless we go to the office.

So far i have been treated with respect and Mr.Amber is Willing to work with u and she keeps in touch with you i appreciate that i love it

HAD OVER 5 PROPERTY MANAGERS AND 7 MAINTENACE MEN IN THE PAST YEAR. ID RATHER STAY ELSEWHERE...AFTER THE LEASE AGREEMENT!
