Gloria Homes Apartments

I moved in this apartment complex in October 2023 and dealt with pest issues 2 days after moving in all the way to the time I moved out. After treatment that was provided by management and my own treatment (using household products, spraying every day/night, NEVER cooking using the oven or stove, keeping food only in the fridge) after 7 months I decided to break my least because they could not solve the issue. Even during move out when I was not living in the apartment, I found roaches in the sink and on the stove, in corners of the living room, bedroom, in the hallway, and in the bathroom and the apartment was literally SPOTLESS. This property is so beautiful and clean and the staff are nice and friendly and if you have a problem they address and fix the problem right away I love living in this gated community it’s very quiet it’s a diverse array of people and it’s pet friendly 🐶🐈

Moved in and apartment was not clean. Dirty bathroom and carpet that had previous residents finger nail clippings and hair throughout. Although it's a gated area, it is not secure as non residents are allowed to move freely through property with no security oversight or cameras which leads to theft of property

So i called them about 3 years ago and they told me they dont take section 8, so i called again this morning and now you have to speak to a damn AI robot so AI told me they having 2 bedrooms for rent for rent, so then i switched to speak to live person and she was very rude off back and now all of a sudden they take section 8 maybe they got sued again like back in the day but anyways shes telling me its no 2 bedrooms right now i really just think their being lazy and thats why their using AI she just didnt wanna do her dang job

I would like to start off by saying MILTON the maintenance Lead is amazing, he is so nice and helpful but other then that Oh, how I wish I could give Gloria Homes a big fat ZERO! I lived in this complex for years and within the last year it has been a horrible experience to live in. 1. Paula has a very "unique relationship" with some of the tenants that resident in the complex, they have had fights, taken up multiple parking spaces, they have even had a hair cutting bus come out and cut one of the tenants hair, which took up parking. I have written emails complaining of harassments by this tenants as well. 2. The security is a joke, they allow anyone to come in through the gates. Managements knows and refuses to do anything about. 3. The property is infested with mice and the mice will
