We used Go Global for our rental properties, we were highly satisfied and have recommended Go Global to friends and family. The office is beautiful. The staff is professional and prompt. All my questions were answered, procedures were explained, and follow up for listings was constant. When we purchase a new home, we will definitely be utilizing their wonderful services.

I so wished I would have read these reviews before I had anything to do with this company! Please, please, please for your own good heed these warnings. She charged us an outragous security deposit of $2300 for a townhome at Fairway at Queensridge with rent of $995 per month. I'm sure she does that so she can rip you off for as much as possible. I was never late on rent, I even paid (with money orders every month because they don't accept any other payment unless you pay at least 10 working days in advance) on Friday if the 1st fell on a weekend. When we moved out she charge us for leaves in the back yard which is crazy being that it is a townhome with a "backyard" that is maybe 6'x 20" with 2 trees and no grass. Met with Diane K. to view a property in Searchlight, NV. 'Unprofessional' isn't strong enough of a word to describe this lady. Put off by her poor bedside manner and upon telling her that I wouldn't use her as a buyer's agent to view other properties, she called me a jack*** in front of my family. Zero stars.

I have worked with Global reality for a very long time they keep thier properties in very good condition and promptly attend to repairs and needs of thier tenants, and thier vendors by doing this they ensure quality repairs in a very timely manner.
