I contacted Global Home Inspectors because I needed wind mitigation and 4 point inspection. I had the pleasure of speaking with Peter, who gave me and appointment for mid-day, the same day. He showed up early, he was courteous, kind, respectful, and thorough. Peter is also prompt with his report(s). I recommend this company to anyone who needs an inspector.

I can't thank this guy enough for his extensive knowledge of home inspections. He saved me a lot of money because I was going to buy a house with several problems, including problems with the roof, the wood supporting the roof (it was infested with termites), not to mention the electrical panel that would have to be replaced. Without his guidance, I would have spent a lot of money renovating a house that wasn't worth the investment. The owner wasn't even willing to share the costs with me. I ended up buying a much better house than the first one and without having to spend anything on renovations. Thank you, Peter, for your excellent work.
