Nice area in Red hill ,PA . $500,000 + homes going up on this parcel,existing neighborhood ppl seem very nice,not but a half mile from many hiking trails at Green lake reservoir.
Ah, I waited a bit longer and was saddened when the prices went up from my price range. Looks like this is gonna become a beautiful neighborhood though!
