They consistently kept me updated on available units that fit my budget, gave me detailed tours of every option, and made sure I understood all fees upfront—no surprises at all! This apartment looks great when you tour it, and the staff are friendly, but living here tells a very different story. Management cares more about appearances than actually solving problems, and it shows in the day-to-day experience. Dogs bark at all hours, animal waste is often left in the stairwells, and residents pile trash bags directly onto the carpeted hallways long before pickup. The result is that the hallways often smell like a garbage can. The “secure” bike garage is another example of false security. My bike was stolen from inside the locked, camera-monitored garage. When I reported it, management refused to review the footage or assist in any way. Maintenance requests are technically “fast,” but in reality disruptive.
